Before you list
How do I list my company or products?
Click Join as Manufacturer at the top of any page and fill in the four short steps. Our team checks the details and puts your listing live, usually within one working day. If you would rather do it on the phone, call us and we will set it up with you.
What does it cost?
A basic listing is free and needs no card. Paid placement, which puts your listing above the free ones in its category, is optional. Its price depends on the category and the city, so we share it on a call.
What do I get with a free listing?
Your own company page, up to 10 product listings, a contact form on your page, enquiry alerts by email and WhatsApp, and a place in the category and city searches that buyers use.
How do enquiries reach me?
Each enquiry on your listing is sent to your email and your phone. Buyers can also message you on WhatsApp from your page. Your email address is not shown on the site, so it does not attract spam.
Why is my listing not live yet?
Every new listing is reviewed before it goes live, and an edited listing goes back for a quick review too. That keeps fake and copied listings off the site. If it has been more than a working day, call or email us.
Can I add photos and a product list?
Yes. From your company panel you can add up to 6 photos to each post, and build a product catalogue with your own product categories, compositions and pack sizes. The first photo of a post is the one shown on its card.
How long does my listing stay on the site?
A listing is normally switched off after 3 months. We email you a week before that and again on the day, and you can put it back online by logging in. A listing left switched off for too long is removed for good.
How do I change my phone number or address?
Update it once on your profile in the company panel. Every post takes its contact details from the profile, so they all change together.
